• Market commentary and price level notifications
• Educational examples of potential trade setups

• Guarantees of profit or trading success

3. Your Responsibilities

• You have consulted with qualified financial, legal, and tax professionals as needed
• Any trading decisions are made entirely at your own discretion and risk
• You will not hold Clean Hits liable for any trading outcomes

4. No Guarantee of Results

Clean Hits makes NO guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any signal or analysis
• Any specific profit, return, or trading outcome
• The performance of any trading strategy or signal
• Future market conditions or price movements
• The suitability of our content for your specific financial situation

Any performance statistics, win rates, or historical results shared are for informational purposes only and do not guarantee future performance.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed in cryptocurrency only (USDT, BTC, ETH, SOL, XRP)
• Payments are verified automatically via blockchain transaction ID (TXID)
• The exact amount must be sent as displayed during checkout
• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• We are not responsible for funds sent to incorrect addresses or networks

7. Refund Policy

Refund Conditions:

• Applies only to Starter and Professional packages
• Available only if the FIRST TWO signals both hit SL
• Once 3 signals hit TP1, refund option is permanently disabled
• Premium package is non-refundable
• Refunds processed within 7 business days

No Refund Situations:

• You did not execute the trade as specified
• Market slippage or execution issues with your broker
• You modified the stop loss or take profit levels
• 3 or more signals have already hit TP1
• Premium package purchases
• Dissatisfaction with trading results

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability is limited to the price of the service purchased.
• We are not liable for broker errors, slippage, or execution issues
• We are not liable for losses due to force majeure events
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for losses.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Direct Communication: Contact @CleanHitsSupport on Telegram
2. Mediation: Good faith negotiation within 14 days
3. Arbitration: Binding arbitration if mediation fails

• Your violation of any third party rights
• Any claims that your trading results were caused by our signals

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Non-infringement of third party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
