NAS100 Trading Strategy 2026: How We Trade Nasdaq
NAS100 (US100) is one of the most volatile indices to trade. Here's the exact strategy we use to generate our Nasdaq signals.
Why NAS100?
- High volatility: 200-500 point daily ranges
- Clean technicals: Respects key levels well
- Liquidity: Tight spreads during US session
- Predictable sessions: Most movement 9:30-11:30 EST
Our NAS100 Strategy Framework
1. Session Focus
We only trade NAS100 during the New York session (9:30 AM - 4:00 PM EST). The first 2 hours see 60% of daily volume. That's where opportunities are.
2. Key Levels
Before each session, we mark:
- Previous day high/low
- Overnight high/low
- Round numbers (20,000, 20,500, etc.)
- Weekly open
3. Entry Triggers
We wait for price to reach a key level, then look for:
- Rejection candles (wicks showing reversal)
- Break and retest patterns
- Volume confirmation
- Divergence with TICK or ADD
4. Risk Management
Every NAS100 signal includes:
- 25-40 point stop loss
- Minimum 1:2 risk-reward
- Multiple take profit levels
What We Avoid
- Trading before 9:30 EST (low liquidity)
- FOMC days (too unpredictable)
- Holding through major tech earnings
- Chasing after 100+ point moves
